Fitness Motivators - Another Year & Contest

Next week, Fitness Motivators will start our 2010-2011 schedule. We are introducing new instructors, class types, and locations. For those who do not know, it is very hard finding potential instructors who will give a quality Fitness Motivators class. We put our instructors through intense training before they are allowed to teach a solo class. A few goes through the process and unfortunately, do not make it because our clients expect quality and quality classes begins with the instructor. We make certain our clients get the best possible workout when they enter our classes! It is very important that each instructor teach with the clients’ safety in mind and to offer a fun, non-intimidating environment. Without being so picky, Fitness Motivators would not have been a popular program since 1988! WOW! What a long time and worth every moment!

I appreciate those clients who stuck with us all these years. We could not have done it without them! We look forward to building long lasting relationships with our new clients! In fact, we feel honored to have the privilege of being part of each client’s fitness regiment! If any of our classes fail to be awesome, fun and the best, I want to hear about it! We take feedback seriously!

The Contest
Fitness Motivators has a contest coming for the winter (January-March) session! One lucky winner will receive a free pass to ANY of our classes for the winter session! Yes...any class, anywhere during the months of January-March 2011! There is a catch....You must sign up for our Facebook Fitness Motivators Group and write on the topic of, "How did Fitness Motivators help me". Maybe one of the Instructors were your reason of getting fit... Maybe your class motivated you some how in your life... Maybe someone on our team inspired you... etc. You have until December 17th to join the group and leave your submission at the group. We will then write all the names down and pull a name from a drawing! The winner will be notified by December 21.

My Brother, Anthony William Lim

Tony loved to dance and enjoy his life! On December 9, 2016, we lost our dear brother Tony, to cancer. A brilliant mind. A true loss to our family. Our brother that we relied on for computer troubleshooting or IT questions. But wait, maybe not a loss to the entire family. Our brother’s loss was a huge gain to his wife, Danli. Let me explain.  Our brother’s wife gained over 1.2 million dollars from Tony’s death. Not bad for a young woman who worked in the rice paddy fields in China. A woman who was so desperate to leave her country that she married a man that she did not even know. Yes, an arranged marriage by our own father. Heart Health Screening Comparison

A long time ago, Debbie (my twin sister) and I had a complete heart health screening. We found it to be helpful, especially since they discovered something in Debbie's test.  Now that we are older, we wanted to get another screening. It did not surprise me (since the aging baby boomers population) that hospitals are now offering these screenings - but thankfully at affordable prices!
